PPmp3 is a powerful Android music player with Hi-Res output, a 64-band parametric EQ and deep customization — built to unlock the real sound of your headphones, Bluetooth buds, USB DAC and local music library. There is no sales queue here: if you want to reach the people who build and support the app, email is the only channel we use, and it goes straight to the team.
1. Email
Write to us at support@PPmp3.com. There is no contact form on this site — we deliberately avoid collecting data through web fields, so your message stays between your mail provider and ours.
2. Response Times
We normally reply within two to three business days. Messages sent over weekends or public holidays are usually picked up on the next working day. Detailed audio issues that need reproducing on a specific device or DAC may take a little longer, and we would rather solve them properly than quickly.
3. What to Include
- Your PPmp3 version and Android version.
- Your device model, plus the headphones, Bluetooth buds or USB DAC in use.
- The output mode and file format involved (Hi-Res output, direct volume control, FLAC, DSD, MP3 and so on).
- A clear description of what you expected to hear and what actually happened — EQ preset, sample rate or library details help a lot.
4. What We Cannot Help With
To keep expectations realistic: we cannot supply music files, unlock licences bought outside the official stores, repair damaged headphones or DACs, or fix firmware and driver limitations of third-party hardware. Refunds and billing for store purchases are handled by Google Play or the store where you bought the full version.
5. Bug Reports and Feature Requests
Playback engines and Android audio APIs keep changing. If a track will not decode, an EQ preset behaves oddly, a skin looks wrong or a new device breaks Hi-Res output, tell us and we will look into it for an upcoming build. User reports are one of the main reasons PPmp3 keeps sounding right on new hardware.
6. Privacy
Anything you email us is used solely to handle your request. We do not add correspondents to mailing lists and we do not pass addresses to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
